A spark of positivity in 2012 led our design director Kerry Bower to create her own range for the wholesale company she had co-founded with husband Peter years prior. Soon enough, the pair partnered with long time collaborator Vanji in India to establish Raine & Humble: a handcrafted homewares brand with heart.
Our first line launched just after the Global Financial Crisis, at a time when many businesses were struggling, and morale was low. In response, Kerry was inspired to craft a simple text design, featuring words of hope.
Today, we work closely with our community of distributors in Australia, New Zealand, the US and Europe to share a trove of sustainably and ethically produced kitchenware, napery, linen and home accessories. In 2020, we’re also branching out into handmade fragrances and soaps.
