USE & CARE

• Wash with warm soapy water prior to first use
• Fully fold out arm and secure on cutting surface
• To remove interchangeable plate push plate up from back
• To install a different plate, insert from top and push down into place
• Place vegetable or fruit on holder/guard for safety
• Slide vegetable/fruit back and forth across blade
